What is the custom order process?
STEP 1- After discussing your new piece we provide a estimate price and once details are finalized we ask for 50% deposit to begin production.
STEP 2- We begin design process by sketching and a digital render in CAD of your piece. At this step we are able to make changes and finalize the design with the customer.
STEP 3- After approved design, we begin wax printing, casting, finish, polish, and stone setting.
STEP 4- Once completed, we schedule an appointment for pickup of the new piece. We also accommodate to out of state customers.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Production time varies from 2-6 weeks depending on order. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured locally. We carefully select our material suppliers to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
